WALKING ON THE BEACH, TODAY, REMINDED ME OF THIS SAYING AND WHY I NEED TO DO MORE OF IT: When I tell others what I appreciate or admire about them, it makes them feel valued and appreciated. And, it also opens my heart and fills it with joy. #AppreciationMattersExpressing gratitude and admiration for others allows me to shift my focus from what's wrong in my life to what's good in my life. It reminds me that hope, courage, beauty, and goodness exist in my world. It helps me feel positive, hopeful about myself and my life.#SpreadPositivityMoreover, appreciating others strengthens my relationships and connections. It deepens the bond I share with the people around me, fostering connection, care, support, and understanding. . #GratitudeEverydayTake time today to let those around you know what you appreciate and value about them.

I have learnt that the wise man is not always the man who shouts the loudest in a room, but rather the man whose whisper stays with you long after you have left the room. Bernard is one such man - his wisdom has changed the way I view leadership

1/5 Celebrate the good times, for they are the moments that fill our hearts with joy and create memories that last a lifetime. #CelebrateTheGoodTimes2/5 Push through the hard times, for they are the challenges that shape us into stronger, more resilient individuals. Embrace them as opportunities for growth and learning. #PushThroughTheHardTimes3/5 Life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs. It's the contrast between the highs and lows that make our journey so meaningful. Embrace both, for they contribute to our personal development. #EmbraceContrast4/5 When the good times come, savor them fully. Be present in the moment, appreciating the happiness that surrounds you. Let it fuel your spirit and inspire you to spread positivity to others. #SavorTheJoy5/5 And when the hard times arrive, remember that they are temporary. They are the storms that make us appreciate the sunshine. Stay strong, have faith, and keep moving forward. Better days are ahead. #StayStrong #KeepMovingForward

During the holidays, we worry about money, family friction, what to wear, what to look like, what to cook, what gifts to give, how people will like them, and so on.We ignite a mental “worry fire” in our minds when we worry constantly. In addition to distressing thoughts and emotions, these worry fires can also have physiological effects. As with any fire, worry fires are perceived as threats by the mind. Physiological effects include the automatic tightening of muscles, especially in the upper body. This response is called the flight-or-fight response. The more we worry, the more our muscles tense. Besides pain, ongoing muscle tension is perceived as an internal threat by the brain. To motivate us to act (relieve the muscle tension), the brain triggers distressing emotions. If we do not act, these emotions add fuel to our worry fire. As our worry fire grows, the tension in our bodies increases, and distressing emotions intensify. This cycle of worry, muscle tension, and distressing emotions can be difficult to break, as the brain's response is often unconscious. It is for this reason that Ease to Relieve is such a valuable tool since it helps RELEASE MUSCULAR TENSION, allowing you to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. So you can enjoy the holidays instead of dreading them.In addition to the e-book, you will receive live training to help you use these tools over the holidays and for the rest of the year.CLICK HERE TO ORDER NOW: https://lnkd.in/dHuPznW5
